Damages

Miraal Vogue is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.

Exchange Process

Once approved, you will be provided with instructions for returning the defective/damaged item and receiving your replacement.
