Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Miraal Vogue is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  1. Damages

  • Miraal Vogue is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.

  • In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at miraalvogue@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

  1. Exchange Process

  • Once approved, you will be provided with instructions for returning the defective/damaged item and receiving your replacement.

  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  1. Non-exchangeable Items

  • The following items cannot be exchanged:

    • Sale items

    • Gift cards

    • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, etc.)
